And, simply, by being more than your typical human resources consulting practice.   Human Resources Transformation Our Human Capital professionals advise clients on how to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of theirHR service delivery model and operation of the HR function, ranging from process design to self-service applications and enabling technologies, and considering insourcing, outsourcing, and offshore solutions.Consult with clients to increase the effectiveness and reduce the costs of HR Delivery through improved processes and technologies.  Managers lead and deliver large, complex engagements that drive strategic HR organizational change for our clients.  They are responsible for developing, maintaining and growing client relationships and leading project teams from planning through execution.    Qualifications ·         At least 6 years of external consulting experience in Human Capital.  Big 5 experience strongly preferred.  ·         Demonstrated experience managing large scale, complex Human Capital Transformation engagements in the areas of HR business process design, HR service delivery strategy, HR outsourcing advisory, and/or shared service center design and implementation coupled with HR systems selection.  ·         Able to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and have a strong desire to excel. ·         Bachelors Degree required.  Advanced degree strongly preferred.  About DeloitteDeloitte refers to one or more of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, a Swiss Verein, and its network of member firms, each of which is a legally separate and independent entity.
