Here's another great opportunity to join the Burger King team: The Facility Leader provides direction and leadership in the strategy of Facility related initiatives and ongoing maintenance programs. The Facility Leader is accountable for execution of all maintenance programs, minor remodels, field level capital expenditures and restaurant level repair and maintenance level expenditures and recurring contracts.   The Facility Leader "owns" the restaurant condition and works with all corporate partners in a leadership role to ensure 100% functionality of equipment and physical plant.Provide direction and leadership for the Region in the execution of Capital Budgets, Expense Budgets, multiple large-scale equipment related rollouts, Cyclical and Maintenance Programs and Facility Related standards and objectives:·        Ensure communication and coordination of each project's scope of work with Equipment Engineering, Operations, Facility Management Team and all other key departments.·        Manage all Capital Budgets and Expense Budgets as provided by Finance. Assist in development of the Budgets. ·        Ensure that all facility related cost targets are met.  Ensure all involved parties know the budgets.·        Execute all assigned Projects, maintenance programs, and rollouts.·        Source vendors to ensure lowest costs and high quality execution for all Capital and Maintenance work.·        Ensure the needs of the restaurants are met and there is minimal negative impact to Operations in the execution of all Projects.·        Own Facility related results by acting as liaison with Development, Marketing, Property Management and other RSC departments. ·        Provide senior management roll-up reports and feedback as requested. Provide 3 Year Facility Plan for Approval and Execution.·        Develop quality assurance and vendor feedback measures.·        Execute store level facility audits as required. Be fully informed of Restaurant Condition.  ·        Manage G & A and ensure targets are hit.Provide leadership and coaching to all Field Team members as required:·        Utilize Influence Management, Conflict Management, Coaching, and Communications Skills as required to ensure 100% functionality of all equipment and building related needs. Be the "keeper" of the Facility Standards.·        Provide coaching to the RGM's in the development of store level expense and capital R & M plans and ensure plans are not exceeded.·        Ensure all reoccurring contracts are in place and that System Wide scale is leveraged to drive down costs.·        Create training materials as needed for the field to ensure flawless execution.·        Manage Vendor Relationships, Performance and Issue resolution.·        Provide Equipment and Building Warranty Feedback as required.  QualificationsBachelors Degree preferred in Facility related field or 5+ years experience in multi-unit project management, construction, or facility management.   Restaurant Operations background is a plus if combined with the listed skills.   Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project. Skills required include: High impact influencing skills, Good communications skills, Problem Solving and Conflict Management. Also needs the ability to work with numerous cross functional teams. Candidate must have excellent presentation skills and be highly organized. At Burger King Corporation, diversity is part of our foundation for success.
