POSITION OBJECTIVE:Ensures every guest is provided with a Caribbean escape that enables an island state of mind for our guests by teaching, coaching and leading team members who are happy to be of service.  By ensuring that Bahama Breeze meets its promises to team members, and by holding team members accountable for their promises to Bahama Breeze, we will ensure that each guest consistently experiences the Brand promise.  This position will oversee dining room operations, including attentive service and hot food by executing our systems, methods and procedures and leading using the principles and promises of our culture, the Bahama Breeze Way in everything they do. Before you submit your resume, make sure you have the following experience:  â€¢ At least 3 years experience as a salaried manager in a full service restaurant  â€¢ Stable job history  â€¢ Demonstrated delivery of a great guest and employee experience As a manager at Bahama Breeze, we’ve got you covered.
