Executive Management
Description:National Baking Company with Coast to Coast distribution in Los Angeles California is currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Executive to assist in all facets of operations. The successful candidate in this position will support the upper Executive’s activities, relating to Production / Plant Management and Distribution.
 Requirements:Qualified candidate must have a Bachelors / Masters Degree. Minimum 10 years of work experience in Food Manufacturing and Distribution in DSD channel.
Strong Computer skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to self-start and multi-task; must thrive on diverse assignments and deadlines. Understanding of and passion for the Organization’s mission and vision. Excellent attention to detail and exceptional follow-through.
Our ideal candidate will be a team player, as well as an independent contributor, who is a self-starter. Strong organizational skills are required.
