Energetic Line Cook
Busy seasonal restaurant seeking line cook with positive attitude to join our team.
Successful applicant must have at least 2 years of full-service restaurant hot food cooking experience, have good organizational skills as well as ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen, possess transportation and be able to work full evening shifts any day of the week. A history of hand-tossed pizza production is preferred.
Duties to include, but not limited t, daily preparation of product for evening's service, maintenance of safe and sanitary work station, production of menu items during service including oven and sandwich grill use and hand tossed pizzas. Break down and cleaning of station at close of service.
This position is seasonal and re-hire at beginning of 2009 season guaranteed upon successful completion of remainder of '08 season (Mid December)
