District Manager (Multi-site) - Indiana

WE'RE ONE OF THE REASONS.  By providing managed services to correctional clients and facilities of all types, we have been in the forefront of this growing industry...establishing standards, exceeding client expectations, and building long-term business partnerships.   As a District Manager with Correctional Services you will provide overall planning, direction and control to assigned units within a defined district, in order to achieve both operational and financial goals. This includes: P&L management, client support, indirect sales, team recruitment and development, budgeting, customer service, and district staff supervision.  The District Manager provides guidance, development and motivation to Front Line Managers and other district staff. The District Manager establishes and maintains an effective customer rapport and mutually beneficial business relationships with clients. District Managers are responsible for demonstrating the ability to coordinate a high level of activity under a variety of conditions and constraints including the coordination of multiple responsibilities within a matrix organization. District Managers ensure that they lead and direct the overall operations of multi-facilities in accordance with client needs, government regulations and company policies. District Manager's attend industry conferences on an ongoing basis in order to develop current and future client relationships. District Manager's report to either the Regional Vice President or Vice President of Operations.  The total compensation package for this position is inclusive of a base salary, annual incentive bonus, and company vehicle.Ideal candidates will possess: Bachelor's degree Poven track record of growing accounts Hghly developed interpersonal, analytical and communication skills The ability to manage in a diverse environment while focusing on client and customer services Etrepreneurship is essential to success in this role.  8-10 years of industry experience, with 5-7 years experience in multi-unit management (10-25 sites, $10-20 million) in the service industry is preferred. **District Managers travel approximately 50% of the time.
