Identify and communicate any promotional system and account issues with Sales Teams to improve process flows. Develop relationships with key contacts through interaction with Sales, Customer Service, and Credit with the customer personnel. Create and identify process improvements to ensure deductions are processed to meet department goals. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred. Highly accurate, analytical, and detail-oriented skills required. Deduction Processing, Customer Service, or A/R background preferred. Proficient in Excel.
