CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISORDirect and coordinate the daily operations of the home delivery department and flex into a warehouse operations leadership role on an ongoing basis. Provide leadership and development to hourly staff. Responsible for creating and managing a positive customer service experience for internal and external customers/consumers. Development and performance management.Qualifications Basic Qualifications:2-year degree or equivalent management experience is preferred. 3+ years of management experience in Logistics, Operational, Warehouse, Inventory, or Customer Service. Must have strong computer skills. Retail experience and previous warehouse operations management is a strong plus. Will need to be able to develop strong partnerships with vendors, customers and reatil and warehouse operations. Shifts include early mornings, nights and weekends on a rotating basis. Apply online.
