A privately-owned international meat processing company headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking an experienced, high performance Controller to be a key contributor of the management team in the growing company's fast-paced environment.

Position Summary:

Need an enthusiastic, energetic team player to assume the responsibilities of all the accounting and financial activities of this multi-product line meat processing company.  Supervises the accounting department and reports to the president.

 

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.  MBA preferred. Minimum of 5 years manufacturing experience in a supervisory capacity. CPA or CMA preferred. Superior analytical and organizational skills. Strong, results-oriented work ethic. Demonstrated ability to supervise and motivate. Skilled in cost analysis and product profitability evaluations. Proven leadership and ability to develop good working relationships at all levels. Excellent communication skills. Strong microsoft applications experience. Banking relationships.
