The 3rd Shift Beverage Supervisor is responsible for facilitating, coordinating, and directing production requirements at Kroger Manufacturing’s Springdale Beverage and Ice Cream facility in Cincinnati, OH.

 

Responsibilities:

·  Support and participate in all safety processes.

·  Facilitate and direct training for all hourly Operations associates.

·  Adhere to and document Quality Standards set forth by Quality Assurance in conjunction with State and Federal law.

·  Oversee production line standard rates.

·  Maximize the utilization of available scheduled run time.

·  Facilitate and participate in Focus groups and continuous improvement processes

·  Evaluate material handling, accurateness of Prism material management system, and utilization of labor.

 

Requirements:

·  Bachelor’s Degree

·  3 years of Manufacturing Experience

·  Food or related industries a plus

·  Excellent written skills and verbal communication

·  Strong computer skills
