The Opportunity... Banquet ChefCome be part of the Mammoth Mountain Inn's famous banquets facilities. Demonstrate your knowledge and passion in a highly acclaimed banquet hall. Candidates will be given the opportunity to lead a highly trained staff and encourage growth with there futures. You will be responsible for the quality, presentation and execution of all banquet functions. The banquet chef will uphold to all sanitation and safety measures for serving large groups of guests. Responsibilities... • Bring creativity to the art of food preparation on a daily basis. • Assume responsibility for menu planning and provisioning. • Ensure galley sanitation. • Maintain high culinary standards in keeping with the reputation of Mammoth Mountain.
