BAWLS Outstanding Sales Support

National Beverage Company (energy drink category) is seeking an experienced sales representative that is energetic and highly self-motivated to represent our brand. Hired sales representatives will travel daily throughout a specified territory visiting retail customers, checking on product placement, and working with our distributors’ sales teams to ensure that the BAWLS Guarana brand is sold and positioned correctly. They will oversee a specific sales area to maximize revenue and meet corporate objectives and will maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image at all times. BAWLS Sales Representatives are responsible for all distributor follow up activities in an assigned region.  Representatives will also maintain effective communication with assigned Regional Manager and with any appropriate corporate personnel to effectively ensure proper timeliness and action regarding needs of all distributors and retail accounts.

 

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

 Present and effectively promote BAWLS products to current and potential clients Expand distribution within assigned territory Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and project the number of daily and weekly contacts to be made Meet sales and distribution targets on a quarterly basis Cold calling accounts Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from current field activity Prepare presentations and POS materials for all new prospects Build/maintain relationships at store level as well as at distributor level. Manage account services through quality checks, store visits and follow up Complete weekly status reports inclusive of: Current activities Planned follow up visits Accomplishment of goals

 

Additional Responsibilities may include

 

Participation in marketing events such as samplings, seminars and trade showsEducate distributor sales reps on current products as well as on brand growth or other news Attendance and sales support at marketing events including but not limited to paintball tournaments, BMX races and crew drives outside the designated territory

 

Requirements:

*Minimum 1-2 years of beverage experience a plus

*Passion for the beverage industry a plus

* Minimum 2-years outside sales experience required

*Able to communicate with all levels of management

*Out-of-the-box thinker

*Excellent communication, organization and time management skills

*Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as a team

*Must have a valid drivers license
