JOB DESCRIPTION
The Assistant Manager will operate and lead shifts when the General Manager is not on duty. Managers are responsible for the effective execution of fast, accurate orders and exceptional customer service. We will teach you how!!
We train our managers to be effective at:Managing food and labor costs. Becoming the best restaurant operator in your area. Taking control of your own life and living it to its maximum potential.
Managers must add to the culture by leading the team by their own example. We will teach you how!!
REQUIREMENTS
In order to be successful at our company a manager must possess the following qualities:Honest, No B.S. Tell it like it is. Come to work ready to kick ass and make it happen. A need to lead.The ability to learn then to execute our best in class detailed operating system.Great history of past employment.
