Essential Job Functions:

 Budget: Establish and achieve the approved budgets for assigned Accounts. 

 Account Management; Coordinate all activities and communications with assigned accounts and achieve metrics and expense budget. Analyze and provide sales forecast data as required by the Director-Sales.

 Relationships: Conduct oneself in an appropriate and business-like manner, building strong relationships both internally and externally.

 Growth: Lead the growth of assigned territory by developing capability through leveraging technologies and people, including identifying and bringing new business and deepening account knowledge and relationships.

 Culture: Support a customer-focused culture for the Sales Group.

 Customer: Lead the overall effectiveness of assigned customer relationships, including personal visits, account strategies, strong relationships with accounts, etc.

 Resources: Organize and manage internal resources to meet strategic, financial and growth objectives of assigned territory.

 Development: Be proactive in developing personal skills to support the annual and long-term growth.

 Continuous Improvement: Support a culture of relentless pursuit of continuous improvement, new business development and improvement, deepening and broadening of customer relationships. Coordinate projects and communication with other Sales Representatives.People: Support a high performance, people-driven culture.

 Sales Process: Utilize and embrace the Sales Group best practice sales process.

 Teamwork: Build strong relationships with all members of the organization and contribute to the goals and objectives of the other functional areas.

 Values: Model the Corporate Values and Principles.
