2nd Shift Conversion Loins Supervisor
Responsible for managing area of accountability. Providing leadership and direction to each employee ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed. Records necessary yields and labor numbers for accounting. Prepares production reports. Conduct monthly safety meetings, investigate accident and injuries, monitor employee attendance and assist with daily payroll. Ability to work in a fast pace environment is highly desired.
