Using business acumen as the primary governor, the Webmaster will represent the Financial Institution Services channel with respect to enterprise-wide online initiatives. Prioritize development and initiatives regarding Institution Services-related Web sites while maintaining the the sites from a content management standpoint. o Oversee the enhancements and maintenance of the website employing both internal and external resources. Develop internal solutions for a variety of business needs. o Enhance existing, and build additional, web maintenance and administration functionality as needed. As business unit or departmental needs evolve over time, maintain processes and procedures for departmental contributors to enhance their respective real estate and tools and resources offered. o Oversee website administration, utilization, and security. Responsible for search engine optimization. Act as primary point of contact and trouble shooter for website problems. Build upon and incorporate continuously improving data mining and web trends tracking for enterprise, channel and department head tracking and reporting. o Monitor and manage web traffic and error logs. Prepare and analyze web site trend and statistics reports. o Develop, enroll, and execute e-Business objectives and strategies. o Oversee and has primary responsibility for client-side web site interfaces with external partners and overall interactions with the web and client experience/usability. Work with all parties (Department Heads, Clients, Technology, and external financial institution partners) to enhance overall website experience. o Manage and administer relationships with outside service and hosting providers. 5 +years of web-based, marketing-related design and development experience and have lead or project-managed major web-based initiatives. Appropriate candidates must have the following software skill set: Strong user-centric Web design skills including CSS (skinning i.e. color, font, size) and template (.net) creation, VB.NET/ASP.NET general knowledge in order to push code/development from development to live environment (e.g. Configuration Manager), HTML, Flash, and Adobe CS3 suite (complete advanced-level Web graphics applications skills). Basic-level working knowledge of Visual Studio.NET and some JavaScript. A general knowledge of SQL/SQL database is a plus Experience working in banking, asset management or financial services industry in general a plus. Confident, verbal communicator with ability to conduct well organized, discovery session conference calls with new and existing internal and external partners in enterprise-level Web initiatives.
