Wealth Management : Account Manager

Posting Intro: The client is currently looking for a Wealth Advisor to work in our Account Management team. The team is responsible for supporting a suite of market leading risk and wealth management services, advising clients on best practices, managing client relationships, and helping to further develop our products.



Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a solid working relationship with key contacts at each client, and develop deep knowledge about their business model and how they use our products

Provide ongoing support for client questions, support issues, and training needs

Proactively contact clients to update and train them on new product functionality

Understand the clients’ requests for enhancements, track them, and manage the process to incorporate their feedback into our product development cycle

Provide insight and advice to help clients get the most out of our products and services

Identify accounts at risk and create a plan to ensure renewals are secured

 

Skills: Project Manager, Wealth Management, CFA, wealth and risk models and analytics

Musts: - Working knowledge of wealth and risk management methodologies and practices, including: asset allocation, financial modeling, financial planning, and risk management.

- Experienced client manager with strong client focus and ownership

- Strong quantitative skills, with interest and desire to learn new wealth and risk models and analytics

- Excellent client and team communication skills with the ability to work with cross-organization teams.

- Experience or the ability and desire to quickly learn the technology aspects of financial product development

- BA/MBA in Finance preferred; CFA encouraged
