The Operations Supervisor will work closely with the Operations Manager in these functional areas:   1. Training: Will conduct all new hire orientation and training to ensure that new employees are familiarized with and trained in the policies and procedures related to their specific jobs. 2. Workflow Administration: Will monitor the work queue volumes and reassign staff as needed to maintain department service level agreements. 3. Policy and Procedure Implementation: Will train employees on new and revised policies and procedures, evaluate existing policies and procedures and make improvement recommendations. 4. General Administration: Will maintain productivity records, produce KPI reports, draft Operations Updates for new or revised procedures and investigate process complaints.NASD Series 7 and 24 licenses are preferred. Brokerage Services Industry knowledge and experience required.  Thorough understanding of the account services function, including WMFS policies and procedures and applicable regulatory agency requirements. Previous leadership experience as a team lead or project lead.  Must have good leadership, coaching, problem solving and analytical skills.
