Essential Responsibilities:
MPI is seeking seasoned sales professionals to join our growing team. We are looking for experienced professionals with well established relationships in the investment industry and a strong book of existing business. MPI offers a challenging, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment for aggressive and intellectually curious professionals.
Ø Prospect and develop new clients via all channels (phone, email, web demos, and face-to-face meetings).
Ø Expand existing client relationships.
Ø Stay current with all MPI products, competing products and general industry trends.
Ø Lead focused product demonstrations to effectively communicate our value proposition to specific client segments.
Ø Work closely with our client servicing and consulting teams to service existing accounts.
Ø Represent MPI at various industry events, conferences and tradeshows.
Qualifications:
Ø Investment industry sales experience strongly preferred.
Ø Proven track record of sales success.
Ø Investment industry designations (e.g. CFA, CFP, CAIA, CIMA) a plus
Education and Experience:
Ø Bachelor's Degree
Ø 5 + years direct sales experience
Ø Direct analytical or research experience within asset management, investment consulting, wealth management or similar firms is also desirable
