We also serve thousands of individuals through employee retirement plans.Brief Description: Reporting to the Director of Business Development, the Vice President, Business Analyst role directly supports the Merrill Lynch GWM Americas overall strategy of growing and retaining the Financial Advisor sales force.  This individual will be responsible for the financials, administration and analysis of recruiting programs designed to support Global Wealth Management Americas Field Management in meeting their recruiting objectives.   Job Responsibilities: Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Design, implement and advance key analytics and metrics Oversee, review and approve Transition Bonuses – candidate will review all transition packages, coordinating with field management and GWM Compensation Ensure proper documentation and coordination with OGC.
