Position Description:· Provide global product thought leadership (Consumer Wanted Distribution Preferred)· Has overall strategic responsibility for concept, creation and design of Income Distribution and Managed Money products outside the United States, translating US retirement product and service capabilities to international markets· Provides leadership in identifying client product and service needs: conducting competitive analysis; developing new products and/or enhancing the features of existing products (Consumer Wanted and Distributor Preferred)· Leverage and work closely with Product Factory resources (i.e., Product, Sales, IT-Ops)· Leverage relationships and communication across all segments and functions to meet financial objectives· Involve internal resources required in exploring and identifying product and services solutions that support the Retirement execution strategy· Develop feasible and profitable innovative product and services solutions working with external market resources.· Advise senior leadership on strategic product development initiatives and recommend new product/country entry· Provide project management discipline for multiple concurrent growth projectsBasis Qualifications:· Bachelors Degree required· Demonstrated business acumen· 10 years of proven experience in Financial Services Industry, specifically within the insurance market· Strong knowledge of Income Distribution (annuities) and Managed Money services· Ability to understand and utilize economic, financial and industry data to develop plans and solutions· Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills· High energy levels and works well under pressure to meet deadlines· High degree of commercial acumen and influence with persuasive skills· Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with high level of decision makers· Proven creative thinking demonstrated by effective development and implementation of new ideasPreferred Qualifications:· MBA or equivalent degree in Business preferred Additional Information Reference Code:   80232Status:   Full Time, EmployeeJob Category:   Business/Strategic Management Send this Job to a FriendSee all Company opportunities
