Investment Manager Research and Oversighto Evaluation and selection of the investment strategies and sub-advisors, including development of an annual investment plano Oversight and monitoring of the managers – their investment processes, teams, and performanceo Oversight and due-diligence on funds and their managers, including responsibility for all additions, replacements, and fund substitutionsB. Fund Managemento In conjunction with General Manager, Operations, Legal, and Finance, responsible for the creation of new funds with attendant policies and procedures as they pertain to investment policyC. Reportingo Internal reporting on the performance of managers and sub-advisorso Reporting and analysis for Field Wholesalers and Financial Advisorso Principal Investment officer reporting to the Fund Board for the performance and investment activities of the sub-advisorsD.
