The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years in personal production as well as some management experience. Responsibilities will include production, recruiting and supervising a team of registered representatives.Â

Compensation package consists of salary plus bonus based on experience and earnings history with no upside limit; fully paid benefits and paid vacation.
