Responsibilities include:
Handling inbound high end dollar value calls for the PMC and SC products.
Making outbound high dollar value calls to potential shareholders.
Fee negotiations.
Working directly with research to locate lost shareholders.
Understanding legals in order to cure defected account for PMC and SC products.
Writing letters to high value shareholders.
Necessary skills required

Customer Service Skills
Broker Dealer knowledge is a plus
Basic Computer skills needed
Strong writing skills
Licenses/Certifications

Series 7 and Series 63 license needed (or willing to take and pass the exam within 3 months of hire date)
