Galileo Processing is seeking a UAT Manager.  Galileo processing is a technology, marketing and customer service leader in electronic transaction processing.

 

Responsibilities:UAT Manager will direct and monitor activities for all UAT process and releases at Galileo Proven ability to manage multiple project implementations simultaneously Work directly with internal and external clients to gather UAT requirements Responsible for the coordination and completion of projectsOversee all aspects of projects: Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of product and UAT projectPrepare reports for upper management regarding status of product and UATCreate detailed test cases and scripts to manage and own UAT processCoordinate cross functional meetings to discuss product and UAT process Proven ability to achieve client approvals on product and UAT deliverablesManage internal resources to execute product and UAT plan and interface with client; motivate, direct and coach team membersLead and participate in evaluating existing systems and business functions and ensure the requirements definitions for new products and UAT are translated in such a way as to insure that the needs of the client will be fulfilledFacilitate monitoring & measurement of new business processes, including collection & reporting of associated metrics.Provide weekly project status



Qualifications: Must have a Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred.Must have a minimum of 5 years of progressive, professional product and UAT management experience, preferably in an IT environment.Experience managing/implementing various standard, or custom applicationsResults oriented with a strong commitment to quality and standards for product and UAT Must demonstrate proven experience managing complex products and UAT projects, including new testing and validation of use cases.Must have experience with external clients in an operational or account management capacityAbility to manage multiple projects with changing priorities and schedulesRequires effective leadership and facilitation skills demonstrated in project planning/execution experience, risk & issue mitigation, and escalation to management when appropriate.Experience in financial services preferred
