Trilingual Account Manager (Spanish/French/English)

To provide support in servicing designated customer accounts. Act as a liaison between the customer, manufacturing, design, finance, accounting and other departments, including sales personnel, to ensure conformance to customer requirements.
Role and Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries relating to schedule changes, changes in technical specifications, design, etc.
• Provide sales support in the form of:
o Analyzing Request for Proposals
o Proposal Preparation
o Order Performance Analysis
o Design Specification Writing
o Sales Order Entry
o Coordinate Customer Visits
o Customer Correspondence
• Work with the Finance department to monitor payments and debtors.
• Act as back up service to the sales representative when called upon.
• Prepare customer reports and portfolio summaries for senior management and sales staff.
• Performs other duties that are consistent with the nature of the position.


Qualifications and Experience

• Three years experience in account management and sales support, preferable within the technology sector
• Proven experience in international business, preferably within the Latin American region
• Experience in customer support and contract management
• Industry experience in integrated solutions


Must Have:
* Sales Account Manager at Intermediate level with 2 - 5 years experience
* Excel with Intermediate level

Education and Certifications

Minimum education required: College Diploma

Preferred field of study: Business
