Training Support Coordinator
Seeking Training Support Coordinator for an immediate full time opportunity. Ideal candidates will project a professional and polished image with 3-5 years of experience reporting to high level Executives.
Duties include but are not limited to:Provide support to Learning and Organizational Effectiveness teamManage the administration of Program enrollmentsInventory of program materialsServe as the primary point of contact for incoming calls related to departmental information and concernsRunning queries and data from several sourcesData AnalysisCreating advanced spreadsheets to be presented to executives Assist Executives with with conflict management
Qualified candidates will have:
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Advanced experience with Microsoft Office.
· Conflict management skills.
· Prior experience with manipulation and analysis of data.
· Prior experience with PeopleSoft is strongly preferred.
