The Role: Provide superior customer service as a member of the Trade Execution and Risk Management desk. This role will involve customer contact to provide trade and margin support to our retail option clientele.

Responsibilities:Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding trading and margining requestsProvide timely feedback to the Technology Group regarding service failures or customer concernsProvide timely feedback to senior management regarding corporate issues as they relate to frontline customer interactionsPartner with various other OptionsHouse groups to meet and exceed customer’s service expectationsPerform other related duties as assigned

Candidate Requirements:

· Margin Experience: Coordinate with the clearing firm to verify and issue Margin calls to retail brokerage clients. Requires advanced knowledge of Reg-T margin, day-trading rules, and exchange regulations. Must have 2+ years of working margin experience.

· Equity Derivatives Trading Experience: Preferably 3 + years of trading experience in a retail brokerage firm.

· Proven dedication to providing a top-notch customer experience.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing work environment.

· Excellent communication and organizational skills.

· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software: Excel and Outlook.

· Proactive approach to developing and strengthening procedures and processes. The ability to  coordinate with technology team to create new tools and enhance existing protocols.

· Perform other time-critical trade desk tasks, as required.
