We are looking for an energetic, hardworking individual to join our fast paced Trading department. The position involves handling Trade Desk-related items, including margin/house calls, trade corrections, and reorganization notices. The trade clerk will also monitor mutual fund breakpoints, reconcile various reports, and communicate information to brokers and Commonwealth staff through various methods.
The ideal candidate will be a superb problem-solver, have excellent communication skills, be able to handle difficult situations in a professional manner, work effectively alone and as part of a team, and adapt quickly to constantly changing rules and procedures.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ industry experience Must be able to solve problems in an efficient and professional manner Quick learner Attentive to detail Excellent communications skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Prior experience with FBSI (a National Financial Services application) Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Series 7 license and margin experience preferred but not required
