We provide investors with a broad range of brokerage, mutual fund and consumer financial products and services on an integrated basis.The Telecom Associate will provide day-to-day telecom support for both enterprise and call center clients. This would include all moves, adds and changes and all Tier 1 level support. RESPONSIBILITIES: Work day-to-day on servicing tickets for all internal TD Ameritrade clients on various voice related issues. Work hands-on at various locations conducting physical moves, adds, changes and break/fix activities for internal clients. Provide DS0 T45 circuit troubleshooting. Work closely with various carriers on problem resolution. Employee will additionally perform other duties as assigned from time to time. EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE: Experience and knowledge of the following is needed: Avaya G3R, S87XX Communications Manager, Intuity Audix and IP Telephony. Experience working with voice network carriers. Experience in ordering, installing and troubleshooting voice circuits. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills. Bachelor degree in technology related field desired, or equivalent working experience.
