We are looking for a smart entry level Technical Support Representative who will focus on installation and utilization of My LoanToolbox Platinum Plus, Platinum Partners and LTB ACT! templates for paid members of LoanToolbox.

Responsibilities:Assists with single user non-network installs Provides assistance with basic ACT! functions/questions.Continually monitors messages on LTB message boards to ensure timely and appropriate response.Review new weekly content2-3 years of technical support experienceExpert knowledge in ExcelKnowledge of ACT!Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent customer service skillsMust be a team player with the ability to collaborate



Pluses:Bachelor’s degreeMortgage industry experience
