Team Leader - Compliance Registration
Do you have previous experience managing a team of people to work in common toward an aggressive goal? Do you have experience with a brokerage firm, bank or insurance company? If so, you could be a candidate for a Team Leader position in Compliance Registration at Edward Jones! Not only would you provide leadership by setting the example, you would have a variety of projects to manage in order to streamline the efforts of your team to be more efficient. This could be a chance to show off your experience and success! Responsibilities Lead a team of associates who are responsible for registering individuals and branches with FINRA and state regulators. Develop and mentor associates. This includes identifying training needs, conducting performance reviews, and recommending bonus allocations. Identify process improvements and execute ideas. Work in partnership with leaders in other departments to ensure accurate and timely registrations. Assume responsibility for the success of the team's performance. Requirements Analysis skills Leadership skills Ability to set goal Ability to motivate others Ability to multi-task and handle heavy workload Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time-management skills A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, business management, or accounting is preferred.
