Team Leader - Compliance Registration

Responsibilities Lead a team of associates who are responsible for registering individuals and branches with FINRA and state regulators. Develop and mentor associates. This includes identifying training needs, conducting performance reviews, and recommending bonus allocations. Identify process improvements and execute ideas. Work in partnership with leaders in other departments to ensure accurate and timely registrations. Assume responsibility for the success of the team's performance.
