Overview
This position is responsible for all tax matters relating to ETFs and mutual funds and their shareholders.

Responsibilities
Manage Annual Report tax disclosure and tax provision production process for 170-plus funds. Perform tax research on existing and new investment vehicles or new investments as needed. Assist in internal control documentation and maintenance of documentation of tax legal positions (FIN 48). Assist in ETF and Fund monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual distribution process for 170-plus funds. Ensure that all ETF/mutual fund tax qualification requirements are met. Manage or assist in tax projects as needed. Assist in calendar year tax reporting for ETF and mutual fund shareholders and intermediaries.



Requirements
Degree in Accounting or Finance. Graduate degree in tax extremely helpful but not necessary. At least five year's experience in public accounting tax investment management practice, ETF, or mutual fund advisor/service provider. Strong tax research and writing skills required. Strong Excel skills desirable.
