Tax Integrating Manager

The Senior Tax Manager will be a key contributor to the corporate tax function, reporting to Sr. Director of Global Taxes. The Seniro Tax Manager will be very hands-on and participate in all areas of taxes including tax compliance, tax accounting and tax audits, with primary focus on U.S. federal and state taxes. Good understanding of international tax and transfer pricing strongly preferred. Duties include:

• Prepare annual and quarterly FAS 109 tax provision calculations and related footnote disclosures for SEC filing and maintain tax account roll-forward schedule and analysis

• Manage U.S. federal and state income tax returns and extensions

• Manage annual R&D credit study

• Assist with U.S. federal and state tax audits

• Maintain a worldwide tax compliance calendar to ensure timely tax filing in local jurisdiction

• Review local tax returns as part of worldwide FAS 109 provision process

• Manage SOX 404 compliance and narrative update

• Participate in other special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• BS/BA in Accounting or Finance--CPA/MST preferred

• 8-12 years experience with minimum one year experience in a Big 4 CPA firm

• Working knowledge of federal and multi-state tax return preparation and FAS 109 provision, and R&D credit study

• Must be well organized, hands-on and detail-oriented with strong analytical and computer skill

• Must be a self starter

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
