Support Analyst
American Appraisal, a privately held global firm, is the world leader in valuation consulting services. American Appraisal has approximately 850 employees located at more than 50 offices in 14 countries throughout the world.
The Support Analyst position will assist in the administration of server systems, applications, and network equipment. Monitor event logs for any anomalies. Provide ongoing hardware/software support to include new user setups, lease replacements, and resolution of operational issues for all computer systems and peripherals.
Requirements include a minimum 1 year related experience and a
minimum of an Associates degree in Information Technology related field.
Experience supporting Lotus Notes a plus.
