Supervisor, Alternative Investments

LPL has a full-time position available for a Supervisor, Alternative Investments. The ideal candidate will supervise the processing team responsible for alternative investment purchases, 3040 transactions, 1031 exchanges, reconciliation of custodial accounts, records management, issue resolution and quality assurance. Candidate will assist with problem resolutions, review and supervise workflow to ensure goals are met and have contact with internal and external contacts. Requires 2-3 years of alternative investment experience or related experience Proven track record in successfully managing and leading a team Knowledge of limited partnerships, RIETs, private placements, private equity investments Understanding of compliance and regulations; ability to understand technical systems-related processes; and strong customer service background College degree and Series 7/24 preferred   We offer an excellent salary and benefits package.
