Requirements

 

Successful candidate must be:

 

-Insurance Licensed, or ability to obtain license fast

-Highly Motivated

-Highly Competitive

-Energetic

-Detail Oriented

-Excellent communication skills-written, verbal, and listening

-Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals

-Interpersonal skills

-Detail-oriented

-Capable of Working with a Team while still being a driven self starter

-Sales experience preferred but not required



-Bi-Lingual Spanish capability is preferred but not required

The compensation is Salary plus Commission with periodic bonuses, and medical benefits.
