Job Description: This role will be responsible for recruiting and selecting highly technical or senior level professional/management staff from internal and external sources for the Internet Services Group. Plans and conducts innovative employment advertising campaigns, job fairs, etc. to recruit candidates. Perform high level recruiting and search techniques with minimal direction. Ability to build pipeline of talented candidates including diverse candidates. Develops effective working relationships with technical and management recruitment agencies, schools and senior levels of internal management. Conducts interviews, evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge and abilities. Consults with senior management to recommend candidates, offer packages, etc. Provides candidates with information on the company. May serve as project team lead. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications Minimum 6 years dedicated recruitment experience in a strong sales culture environment. Experience recruiting highly technical and management positions. Previous experience with use of electronic applicant tracking systems and internet recruiting. Demonstrated ability to effectively use computer based applications and cold calling practices. Must be a team player, organized and effective at working in a high paced environment. Ability to build strong collaborative partnerships with client group is essential. Preferred Skills: Preferred Skills College degree or equivalent experience. Prefer previous experience in a financial services or technology industries with a creative ability to identify unique practices that attract top talent within assigned markets. Experience with "hard to fill" jobs and associated experience in successful tactics is desired.
