Ideal candidate would have experience in revenue reconciliation and other general accounting functions. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:SKILLSRequired: FINANCIAL REPORTING, BUDGETING AND FORECASTING DUTIES:•Prepare monthly revenue journal entries and monthly estimates for Financial Reporting preparation.•Assist in revenue and volume quarterly forecasting and annual budget preparation.•Maintain sufficient support for all revenue recognition.•Monitor all G/L revenue accounts on a monthly basis to ensure proper recording and classification of revenue.SORBANES OXLEY COMPLIANCE:•Ensure all revenue reports and procedures are followed for SOX 404 compliance.•Help Management with validating the compliance of all revenue policies and billing procedures.REVENUE RECOGNITION DUTIES•Monitor all aspects of the Pulse ATM, Pulse Debit Solutions, Pulse Access and Pulse online services. •Compile all billable items associated with all billing services.•Generate billing reports for Management reporting for Pulse services.•Maintain the integrity of the Pulse Processors and Financial Institution data information.•Handle and solve any and all revenue disputed items.•Monitor all pass-thru charges to ensure the validity and proper accounting treatments.•Reconcile monthly third party operational costs.•Maintain the integrity of the Pulse Billing fee tables.MONTHLY ACH PROCESSING ENTRIES:•Process monthly ACH entries for all corporate revenue collections.•Maintain the integrity of the Microlink (Chase bank) database.•Handle and solve all ACH disputed items.MISCELLANEOUS:•Assist in annual billing system conversions.•Assist in annual internal and external financial audit.•Participate in special projects.•Assist in generating and supporting monthly reports to Parent Company.Desired: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or business related field with 2 to 4 years work experience required and working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products.Intermediate experience in Excel. Must be self starter and demonstrate strong initiative. Requires good analytical and problem solving skills. Requires good organizational, planning and communication skills.
