Staff Accountant Assistant - Bilingual

 We have an opening for an experienced Staff Accountant Assistant in our Mexico Division for our corporate
headquarters located in Arlington, Texas. 

 Responsibilities:

 Ã˜  Reconciling bank accounts on a daily basis

Ø  Follow up deposit bank statement vs. deposit reported by the system

Ø  Prepare money-orders

Ø  Ensure accuracy of money transfer

Ø  Provide analysis, expertise on a proactive basis

Ø  Streamline and automate accounting processes

Ø  Other projects and duties as required 

Financial accounting background would be helpful in addition to experience with Mas90 or similar finance and
accounting software suites. Strong analytical and excellent communication skills as well as attention to detail are required. 
Ability to organize work, prioritize responsibilities, meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment. Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish). 

 

What we need from you:

 

Accounting degree required

Minimum 2 years of audit/financial accounting experience

A working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Intermediate knowledge of accounting, GAAP and financial analysis

Desire to learn and grow value integrity and enjoy being part of a team
