Sr Project Manager

Description:The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing enterprise-wide large projects or components/phases of larger, more complex projects, on time, within budget, and within scope. This individual will manage and coordinate cross-functional, cross-departmental, cross-company teams that are responsible for all aspects of a project, from requirements to implementation. The Senior Project Manager exemplifies superior initiative and leadership skills. Five or more years of project management experience is preferred.Qualifications:1. College Degree (or equivalent) and 5+ years of project management experience. 2. Proven success in delivering major projects within budget and specified timeframes, while ensuring customer satisfaction. 3. Proven analytical/problem solving skills from problem assessment to solution selection. 4. Ability to identify risks, issues, and alternatives, developing contingency plans as appropriate. 5. Capacity to embrace change and quickly adapt to new situations, changes in direction, and altering priorities. 6. Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment. 7. Ability to handle multiple, complex projects and assignments. 8. Knowledge of product/software development processes preferred. 9.
