Sr Mutual Fund Coordinator

Great-West's Unit Values and Valuation group is looking for a Mutual Fund Coordinator to join our corporate team of professionals. Mutual Fund Coordinators ensure that the daily functions of mutual fund pricing, unit value calculations and dividend/capital gain distributions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

Primary Responsibilities Calculate and/or load daily share prices, unit values and dividend/captital gain distributions into accounting and trading systems. Research and reconcile triaal balance and/or dividend payment discrepancies.  When appropriate, makes adjustments to clear differences. Prepare various monthly, quarterly and/or daily financial and regulatory reports for internal and external clients. Assist in various departmental projects, including but not limited to system upgrades/conversion, conversions of new business and streamlining of processes.
Background and Qualifications One to two years of experience in mutual fund operations. Without a specialized bachelor's degree, an additional two to four years of directly related experience is required. Strong analytical skills. Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Excel.


Working schedule 11:00 - 7:30 p.m. (overtime required if necessary).
