Minimum 7 years of experience with server side agents. Minimum 7 years of experience in developing applications for intranet using Lotus Notes/Domino. Strong experience with Object Oriented Design and programming. Ability to understand complex Lotus Notes applications quickly. Strong experience in developing custom, reusable classes in LotusScript. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. High level of expertise in developing and supporting complex, multi-database Lotus Notes client applications. Moderate experience in usage of Windows API calls from LotusScript. Experience with system development life cycle, including hands-on experience with writing functional specifications, test scripts, and implementation plans is highly desirable. Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently or in small groups and must be a team player.
