Render credit decisions for SBL National Loan Processing Center using direct credit authority or recommend transactions to higher authority for Commercial Real Estate and SBA guaranteed loan applications. Provide detailed request for credit approval including financial statement analysis, business history, collateral adequacy, credit background & management ability in order to determine credit worthiness. Structure loan requests to facilitate the loan. Maintain close working relationship with RAM, SBA, Franchisors & Customers. Minimum 3-5 years credit & financial analysis experience. Solid analytical skills & ability to work under pressure. Expertise in real estate loans and processes, including appraisals & land surveys, etc. Knowledge of SBA Loan Products. Strong communication & problem solving skills. Strong interpersonal & organization skills. Strong Computer Skills, including Word & Excel.
