Sr. Compliance Analyst
Unique technology company in Greenwood Village is looking for a Sr. Compliance Analyst for direct hire! Must have the following: *Familiarity with external auditing standards, audit management *Project Management exposure *Polished and professional interpersonal skills *Ability to work under pressure, deadlines, changing priorities *Ability to travel up to 25% both domestic and international travel expectedPLEASE NOTE THAT THIS COMPLIANCE ROLE DIFFERS FROM WHAT IS TRADITIONALLY KNOWN AS COMPLIANCE IN THE MARKETPLACE (SOX/INTERNAL CONTROL AND GOVERNANCE/INTERNAL AUDIT, ETC) Position has strong emphasis on financial analysis, ability to understand market data, perform research, and interpret financial information. Secondary role is managing outside auditors for royalty audits on clients. Financial analysis piece is more important than Big Four/auditing background.
