Solutions Architect - Information Services Division Description Description:Job Summary and Mission:As a Solution Architect in the Information Services Division you will be responsible to work collaboratively with the business and technology in the entire Software Development Lifecycle of key projects and initiatives at UBS WM US. Key Responsibilities:rform business process modeling at the enterprise and project levels.plication design for initiatives.velop architecture specifications that outline all software behavior needed to accomplish business requirements.rtner with technical architects and IT Infrastructure organization for scoping and building the infrastructure for these initiatives. tensive involvement with various stakeholders including business clients, application developers, other Architecture staff and IT Infrastructure. rk collaboratively with other enterprise level architects and project architects.Qualifications: least 10 years experience in system software design and implementations with extensive application design and architecture experience for solutions in the financial industry. Exhibit leadership with application development and architecture teams.ilize exceptional communication skills with ability to understand and express complex topics in written, graphical and verbal form. oven track record of meeting project deadlines, thought leadership, and delivering high-quality service while building, maintaining and leveraging relationships throughout the firm.perior interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work well with peers, application developers, business, ITI and all levels of management. ility to create and maintain positive and professional business relationships with associates across the organization. perior listening, critical thinking and writing skills as well as influential presentation skills.rong technical skills, and experience with the analysis of the architectural implications of different solutions.rking knowledge and development experience of trading systems required. rong business process analysis and modeling.vanced system analysis skills.rking knowledge of requirements management, application development process.perience with Solution Architecture and/or Information Architecture (desired but not required).rking knowledge of application development process; UML, development and modeling tools. okerage or banking industry knowledge (desired but not required). rticipation in an enterprise architecture effort is desirable, including the establishment of information architecture standards and roadmapsperience with architecture and design of J2EE applications, XML, IBM WebSphere Information Integrator and Web Services.
