Software engineer – ASP/ASP.NET/SQL Server
Enliven Software, an East Lansing based eInvoicing and ePayments company is hiring for an Application Developer position to work with its Fidesic platform team.
The Fidesic platform team will be maintaining the existing Fidesic codebase, building new features and components for the existing eInvoicing, ePayments and ePayables product. They will also be developing the new revolutionary dynamic discounting management system for business to business financial processes, which will forever change how buyers and suppliers finance their open trade.
The developer will be working with a small team of developers in East Lansing, MI and Seattle, WA – some of the team members are former senior level Microsoft developers.
We are looking for a developer who is:
· Smart & creative
· Ability to multi-task & get things done
· Passionate about technology & self-motivated
· Can work with Account managers to perform customizations for new customers
· Knowledgeable about a wide variety of technologies
· Motivated to make things better. Everyone wants to write new code; we need someone who can also improve old code.
Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years experience coding C#, Classic ASP, ASP.NET, XML, Web services
· Thorough understanding of developing using SQL Server database, TSQL
· Client side programming experience: JavaScript, XHTML, CSS
· Experience using Visual Source Safe, Visual Studio .Net, SQL Enterprise Manager, and IIS 6.0
Nice-to-have’s:
· C++ development
· Experience integrating with accounting systems
· Great Plains/Dynamics GP or Quickbooks dev experience
· Experience developing financial systems
· Interest/experience in the epayments space
