Maintains strong business relationships with leadership team. Understands the business and business strategy with a focus on business processes and transactional operations. Monitors and analyzes data and trends to identify potential opportunities, needs, issues, and problems that could impact business results. Understands customer needs/issues in defining quality and establishing quality priorities. Understands how to break down work into process steps, develops schedules, and works well within time constraints. Serves as a catalyst for change; actively involved in process and organizational change and development. Applies analytical / quantitative approach to problem solving; knows how to obtain and use data, and comfortable with statistical concepts. Breaks down organizational barriers to ensure that Breakthrough Strategy Teams are effective in reaching project resolution. Works with Benefits Tracker to identify each project's financial impact and savings over a period of time. Coaches, trains and facilitates in Six Sigma methodology. Minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience including at least 2+ years in a Black Belt role; Black Belt certification required (MBB experience strongly preferred)  BA/BS degree in Business or related field required Advanced project management, business process improvement and change management experience Strong business and financial acumen, with experience in measurement, data analysis and interpretation. Strong history of quickly building relationships, gaining credibility and partnering with business leaders. Team building skills. Ability to facilitate productive meetings. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Clear, candid and persuasive in written and oral communications. Computer skills - familiar with most common applications for analysis/problem resolution ie. Minitab Software, Excel & Visio.
