Please indicate on subject line of email the position you are applying for, the office location and include reference # -DKZ643.We are looking for a Shareholder Services/Fund Administration Manager for our Harrison, NY (Westchester County) office. Responsibilities Include: Managing domestic and international client relationships Interacting with hedge fund principals and their investors Overseeing the processing and reporting of investor transactions including subscriptions, redemptions and transfers and the associated money movement Overseeing the share register database to ensure that all activity is completed on an accurate and timely basis Providing periodic reports and feedback to senior management on a multitude of investor relations topics, client issues and department initiativesSkills and Knowledge Desired: Minimum five years experience in investor relations or related field (finance, corporate communications, portfolio management, or securities analysis) Minimum three years supervisory experience –proven ability to manage a team of people Strong familiarity with the workings of the capital markets and a demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and work effectively with corporate executives Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills necessary Proven communication ability; sharp problem-solving skills; demonstrated ability to work successfully in ambiguous environments Some travel to our Manhattan office and our Hartford, CT office is requiredAll applicants MUST be US citizens or lawful permanent residents or have some other authorization that does not require employer-specific sponsorship.
