Assist in the development of end user applications and test scenarios as needed. Assist in the development of development guidelines and standards from the perspective of application and test coding. Document business logic used in current data structures and interactions. Mentor other IT associates in aspects of test-driven development.    Required Experience and Skills 4 year college degree in Computer Science or other technical degree. 5 or more years experience in OOD/OOP 5 years experience in MS SQL (T-SQL) or Oracle (PL-SQL) 5 years experience in software Quality Assurance test techniques. 5 years experience in full life-cycle development including requirements engineering and technical design. 5 years experience in creating automated test harnesses including test strategies, test plans and test cases for various types of testing (functional, regression, performance, etc.) 3 years experience in analyzing data and automated testing results 5 years experience in an OO Language such as C++, Java, or C# Job Code : 399 Division/Department : Rydex Investments
